Kirsty Nazaré
Hi !
I’m Kirsty
I'm so glad you're here.
My life has taken me from South America to Bangladesh to the UK, and each place has taught me something different about healing, resilience, and what it means to truly come home to yourself.
I've spent the last three decades studying and practicing yoga, meditation, energy healing, somatics, and plant wisdom - not as separate things, but as different threads of the same beautiful tapestry. I love bringing these ancient practices into our modern lives in ways that feel grounded, warm, and actually useful for the real challenges we all face.

India has been magnetic for me, drawing me back again and again over the past 30 years. There is an undeniable pull, a resonance that calls to something deep within.
In India, life unfolds in layers—seen and unseen, tangible and mystical. The land itself hums with an ancient energy, where devotion is woven into daily existence, and the sacred is not separate from the ordinary. What happens when you're there is never just coincidence—it mirrors the depth of your own spirit, reflecting back your inner journey in ways that are both profound and unexpected.
Wandering Feet, Sacred Lands: India Through My Eyes
When the body and mind experience trauma or chronic stress, the nervous system shifts into survival mode—fight, flight, or freeze. This can make joy and play feel distant or even impossible. However, research in neuroplasticity shows that the brain can rewire itself over time. By engaging in playful, joyful activities, we create new neural pathways that support safety, connection, and emotional resilience.
According to Dr. Stuart Brown, founder of the National Institute for Play, "Play is not a frivolous activity—it is deeply connected to our well-being, problem-solving abilities, and emotional regulation." Play strengthens the brain's ability to adapt and heal, making it a key part of nervous system recovery.
